WHAT IS CROSSFIT?
CrossFit is defined as "constantly varied, functional movements,
performed at high intensity". It is a program that can be modified
for each person's ability, and is completely doable.
Daily workouts might include core conditioning, rowing, sprinting,
gymnastics, lifting, etc. Our workouts are designed to improve
overall flexibility, strength, speed, endurance, and agility.
HOW OFTEN SHOULD I COME?
If you are just starting CrossFit, we suggest coming no more than
two or three times per week. After a few weeks, you will be stronger
and able to increase your workouts to four or five days.
We recommend building in two recovery days, when you come five
times per week. For example, you might do three days on, one day off, or five days on, two days off.
I HAVEN’T WORKED OUT IN A LONG TIME. WILL I BE ABLE TO DO IT?
